Returned items must be in their original condition, clean, and free from any damage caused by the customer.
Complaint Filing Period:
Customers have a 30-day window from the product delivery date to file a complaint. If you encounter any issues, please contact us promptly. Submit a written complaint via email, including supporting images (product received, packaging, etc.) to facilitate our investigation.
To ensure accurate processing and fairness for all customers, the following terms apply to any return or claim.
Photo Requirement:
All claims related to incorrect size or improper fit must include clear photos of:
- The cover on the boat
- The full boat profile
- Any areas where the fit issue occurs
Photos are required in every case before a return, exchange, or resolution can be approved. Requests submitted without photos cannot be processed.
Aftermarket Equipment or Modifications:
Boat covers are manufactured using standard factory boat specifications. If provided photos show that the fit issue was caused by aftermarket equipment or non-standard modifications.
Customers may still return the item if eligible; however, the following will apply:
- 10% restocking fee
- Deduction of original shipping costs
- Customer responsibility for return shipping label cost
Minimum Restocking Fee:
All returns related to incorrect size or fit are subject to a minimum 5% restocking fee, regardless of fault.
This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and processing of returned merchandise.
This minimum restocking fee applies even if the incorrect size resulted from a shipping or ordering error.
Standard Return Conditions Still Apply:
- Return request submitted within the stated return window
- Item must be unused and in resellable condition
- Return authorization required prior to shipping
- Items subject to inspection upon arrival
Delivery Delays and Unforeseen Events:
Boat Covers Now is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or courier delays. While tracking information is provided, external factors like weather, courier logistics issues, or other external factors may impact delivery times.
Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is deemed undeliverable and returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all shipping fees. Refusal to accept the order incurs an additional 10% restocking fee.
